NQF Bulk Scale

The operation of the equipment is based on the controlled opening of the buffer silo by means of a pneumatically actuated gate and an intermediate scale hopper.

The opening is carried out electronically controlled until the target weight value where the buffer hopper gate closes, allowing the recording and accumulation of the weight of the product unloaded in the vehicle.

Capacity: 300 t/h for standard 0.8 t/m3 density materials.

Power supply: Single-phase 220 Vac 50 Hz

Pneumatic supply: 80-100 psi with a consumption of 45 cubic meters per hour.

Operating humidity: 0-90% non-condensing

Data communications with the operator: Via local panel (HMI).

Required clearance height: Approximately 1.80 m
