Our portable truck scales were designed to meet a market need and minimize truck loading times at harvest sites or where weighing is performed infrequently enough to make installing a traditional scale unnecessary.
Accurate truck loading at the harvest site prevents overloading and improper load distribution, which can cause operational delays and, occasionally, fines for overloading.
This portable weighing system allows your trucks to be weighed from the farm site, maximizing operating times and avoiding all kinds of setbacks associated with truck overloading and other issues. It also offers cross-checking of origin weight and destination weight.
OPERATION
Portable truck scales are designed to be easy and quick to transport. They can be placed on any type of terrain where trucks are loaded.
The equipment's operation is based on a solid structure specifically designed to withstand all types of loads and under the most aggressive conditions.
This same equipment can occasionally be used to control the flow of material within the same plant when transferring material, so as to do so in a controlled manner and to have control at all times over where your ensiled product is, thus minimizing all subsequent recirculation times.

The scales are very easy to assemble and operate, allowing you to operate them quickly and within minutes of moving and setting them up.
