NQF Grain Scale

The equipment operates on the controlled opening of the buffer silo via a pneumatically actuated gate over an intermediate scale hopper.

The opening is electronically controlled until the target weight value is reached, at which point the buffer hopper gate closes, allowing the weight of the product unloaded into the vehicle to be recorded and accumulated.

Capacity: 300 t/h for materials with a standard density of 0.8 t/m3.

Electrical power supply: Single-phase 220 Vac 50 Hz

Pneumatic supply: 80-100 psi with a consumption of 45 cubic meters per hour.

Operating humidity: 0-90% non-condensing

Data communications with the operator: Via local control panel (HMI).

Required headroom: Approximately 1.80 m
